REDS provides treatment for males and females and has outpatient, intensive day hospital and inpatient services.

The Richardson Eating Disorder Service provides care for patients over the age of 18 suffering from Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (EDNOS) which are moderate and severe in nature.

How to get referred

Referrals are accepted from specialist mental health teams only. If the patient is privately funded, through self-funding or a health insurance company, then referral from the patient's general practitioner may be sufficient and referral from a mental health service might not be required. Referrals can be made in writing, by email or fax.
