Eating Disorders – an NHS self help guide

You may be interested in this guide if you feel your eating might be causing you difficulties, you think you might have an eating disorder and want to find out more or you are worried about someone who you think may have an eating disorder. It will help you recognise an eating disorder, describe the effects of an eating disorder and help you think about whether you want to make changes. Available in audio, easy to read and British Sign Language (BSL).
