Winter Wellness Campaign

Winter can be a wonderful time of year, with its festivities and celebrations, but we know that it can also be a difficult time of year, a time of dark days, long nights and loneliness.

Sometimes chatting to a friend or spending time with family can help, at other times nothing seems to help and people need a little more support.

If you need support, or just someone to talk to, there is help at hand. There are different types of support available. Take a look at our self help guides, scan our leaflets for tips, or call one of our services. You can also speak to your GP.
