The Trust provides social and residential care and support for people who have a learning disability both in residential care homes and Independent Supported Living. The Trust sees its future role providing social and residential care supporting people who have complex needs. The services provided will be specifically focused on people who require high levels of support in order to live meaningful, fulfilling lives in the community in which they live.
This will be achieved by working closely in partnership with the Local Authority Commissioners to ensure that the correct level of care provision is provided for individuals.
