Hadrian Clinic Acute Day Service – Intensive Treatment Service (Newcastle) – NTW006

The aims of the Acute Day Service are to provide intensive treatment, support and therapy when people are experiencing a deterioration in their mental health. This is usually in addition to contact with the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and/or Psychiatrists. The Acute Day Service team is made up of qualified Occupational Therapists and Nurses as well as support staff. They link closely with Care Co-ordinators and other professionals from mental health services.
