Wear Recovery – Sunderland Integrated Drug and Alcohol Service – NTW185

Sunderland Integrated Drug and Alcohol Service is now delivering Drug and Alcohol Treatment in Sunderland.

Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, Humankind and Changing Lives are delighted to be working in partnership and delivering a new model of care, with recovery from addiction at its heart.

Referrals can be made through the existing number 0800 234 6798 (free from landlines and mobiles).

In addition to utilising local community resources the service will be delivered from three key Recovery Hubs:

Wednesday 9am – 6.30pm (Choir only 5pm – 7pm)
Thursday 9am – 5pm

Each Hub will offer the full range of service including clinical, coordination and psychosocial interventions.

The harm reduction service no longer runs from Saville Place or Lloyds Pharmacy in Hendon.
